Secretary Xu Bo and his party inspected the 2.4 10,000-ton new project under construction and the old factory area project sites. They inspected the construction of non-standard equipment, water supply and drainage pipelines, process pipelines, pipe gallery supports, steel structure anticorrosion and rust removal, inquired about the quality control of non-standard equipment assembly and welding, and put forward corresponding requirements.

Construction Site Inspection

After the inspection, the project management department organized a regular meeting. Following the group's and company's "four guarantees, one tree, and one control" requirements, the project manager gave a detailed report on the project's payment collection, material arrival, safe and civilized standardized construction, sample room construction and quality control, and the progress and completion of various professional projects. Various construction management personnel exchanged views on their respective specific implementation sections.

Organizing a Project Regular Meeting
