Strengthening service awareness to achieve tangible results - Two or three things about the rectification work of the company's integrated service center

Following the successful convening of the company's employee representative conference, the Comprehensive Service Center promptly organized employees to study the conference spirit, strengthen service awareness, and conduct cleaning, maintenance, and upgrades to the company's single employee collective dormitory and parking lot.

Since March this year, the Comprehensive Service Center has conducted research on issues raised by employee representatives regarding the management of single dormitories, and difficulties in parking electric vehicles and cars. In line with the spirit of the employee representative conference and the principle of effectively serving employees, and with the care and support of company leadership, the center cleaned the single dormitories, added a facial recognition system, upgraded the bathrooms in the single dormitories, designated a parking area for electric bicycles, cleaned and maintained the company parking lot to address office vehicle parking, upgraded the entrance and exit gates, installed a vehicle recognition system, and issued management regulations for the company parking lot and the collective dormitory for single employees. Simultaneously, to standardize parking lot management, the legality of the company parking lot was registered with the Wuhu Branch of the Kunming Municipal Road Transport Administration Bureau.

Currently, the renovation work on the single employee dormitories, parking lot, and other areas has been completed, and normal management and operation have resumed.
