The special construction plan for the second phase of the project connecting the six ministries, Dali, and the three libraries has been approved.

On April 13, the "Emergency Water Replenishment Project Connecting Three Reservoirs to Erhai Lake (Phase II) Special Construction Plan for Demolition and Restoration of the Ring-Sea Road" was approved at an expert review meeting. The meeting was held in the 3rd-floor meeting room of the Dali City Transportation Bureau. Attendees included three invited experts, representatives from the Dali City Transportation Bureau, Dali City Transportation Bureau, Dali Prefecture Water Conservancy Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., the general contractor of the Three Reservoirs Connection II project, and relevant personnel from the project department.

At the meeting, our project department used a PPT file to give a detailed report on the special construction plan for the demolition and restoration of the ring-sea road. The experts carefully reviewed the special plan and conducted detailed discussions on issues such as road excavation, underground culvert pipe penetration, and road restoration, and put forward suggestions. After discussion, the review group unanimously agreed that the plan is detailed, clear in its thinking, complete in structure, feasible in its construction methods, meets the review standards, and can be used as a basis for construction.

The successful completion of this special construction plan review meeting marks that the work on the ring-sea road section of the Three Reservoirs Connection Phase II project can be fully launched as soon as possible.
