　　On January 10, the company held a 2018 safety production work deployment meeting. Three major leaders, including Chairman Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary Xu Bo, and General Manager Cui Yongzhi, along with all members of the company's leadership team, attended the meeting. Wang Zhe, Deputy Director of the Group's Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection Supervision and Management Department, was also invited to attend. The meeting was chaired by Yang Pengyong, the Deputy General Manager in charge of safety production.

 

　　At the meeting, attendees carefully listened to reports from those responsible in the relevant departments on the 2017 safety work, the results of the safety responsibility letter assessment, and the arrangements and deployment of the company's key safety production tasks for 2018. In accordance with the principle of Party and government joint responsibility and the requirements of the group and higher-level administrative authorities, General Manager Cui Yongzhi signed 2018 safety production responsibility letters and fire safety responsibility letters with various units.

 

　　Deputy Director Wang Zhe of the Group affirmed the company's safety production work in 2017. At the same time, Deputy Director Wang Zhe made five requirements for the 2018 safety production work based on the overall situation of the group's 2017 safety production management assessment and the establishment of the responsibility system: First, strictly sign responsibility letters at all levels, implement them layer by layer, and establish safety management systems for various departments around the "one post, two responsibilities" principle, focusing on the specific operational activities of project departments and teams; second, conduct phased planning and develop specific management plans; third, focus on the self-awareness of on-site personnel and the operational skills of front-line operators; fourth, produce distinctive professional standardized small collections of drawings; fifth, make breakthroughs and innovations, improve the system of one level guiding another, and strengthen communication between levels.

 

　　General Manager Cui Yongzhi affirmed the company's safety production work in 2017. Addressing the problems and shortcomings in the company's safety production work in 2017, General Manager Cui made the following requirements for next year's safety production work: Raise awareness and enhance a sense of responsibility and urgency; strictly enforce implementation and make every effort to consolidate the stable situation of safety production; strengthen the sense of responsibility; strengthen hidden danger rectification, feedback, and team building; strengthen progress checks; ensure quality; improve emergency management; strengthen hidden danger investigation and governance; improve the overall quality of personnel; strengthen basic management; and strictly implement the spirit of the meeting.

 

　　While affirming the safety management work in 2017, Party Secretary Xu Bo also put forward three requirements: First, maintain a good safety production management situation, guarantee the bottom line and red line, and adhere to rigid safety production management; second, maintain the company's good safety production management methods and requirements, continuously improve and innovate safety production management; third, fully understand the importance of development.

 

　　In his speech, Chairman Gu Yongmao comprehensively reviewed the company's various completed targets in 2017, fully affirmed the company's safety production work in 2017, and put forward four requirements: First, enhance awareness of the red line and deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on safety production work in recent years; second, consolidate the foundation, recognize the importance of current safety production work; implement risk management and strengthen hidden danger investigation; third, increase safety technological innovation, improve construction level, and ensure a stable safety production situation during the Spring Festival and the national "Two Sessions"; fourth, all units should promptly implement the spirit and work requirements of this meeting into the 2018 safety production work.
