During the May Day Labor Day holiday, Luo Bao, the group's deputy chief engineer, and Xu Yanlu, the company's chief engineer, gave up their rest time and came to the Zhaotong Development Building project to inspect and guide the project's installation optimization practices.
Mr. Luo has long been engaged in installation quality management work. He is a member of the Construction Engineering Technology Expert Committee of the China Construction Industry Association, a field review expert for the National Excellent Engineering Award (Luban Award), and a review expert for the National Excellent Quality Management Group for Engineering Construction. The Zhaotong Development Building project aims to apply for the Excellent Engineering Award. Mr. Luo and Mr. Xu's visit brought the project team the most cutting-edge practices and concepts for excellent engineering.
During the inspection, Mr. Luo pointed out the problems existing in various professional installations on site one by one, and gave detailed explanations on how to avoid and correct them, which benefited the project team members greatly, especially the young employees, who gained a lot of experience in quality optimization.
