The Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I) project, in which the company participated in the construction, has successfully passed the acceptance inspection by the State Council's joint acceptance team.

　　

 

　　On May 12, the group project, Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I), in which our company participated in the construction, successfully passed the acceptance inspection by the State Council's joint acceptance team, composed of ten ministries and commissions including the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Taxation Administration, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and was awarded an acceptance certificate.

 

The acceptance certificate was awarded by Li Zhihui, Deputy Director-General of the Customs General Administration's Department of Processing Trade, who was also the head of the acceptance team, and Zhang Hong, the full-time deputy director of the Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee.

 

　　The Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I) project is a general contracting construction project of Yunnan Construction Investment. Our company is responsible for all the water and electricity, fire protection, smoke exhaust, and HVAC engineering construction in this project. The passing of the State Council's joint acceptance inspection marks that the Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone will become an important platform for Yunnan's outward-oriented economy and opening up, integrating four major functions: bonded processing, bonded logistics, bonded services, and bonded trade. This means that under the leadership of the group company, the company has completed another major engineering construction task, and it means that the arduous struggle for 10 months since the official commencement of construction in July last year has delivered a satisfactory answer to the group.

 

 

　　The Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone is currently the highest-level open, most preferential policy, most comprehensive functions, and most simplified procedures customs special supervision area in China. It is a pilot and demonstration area for the country's opening up in trade, finance, investment, services, and transportation. The planned area is 2 square kilometers, divided into bonded logistics area, bonded processing area, port operation area, and comprehensive service area; it is divided into two blocks: Block 1 is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, within the scope of the Kunming Export Processing Zone, with a planned area of 0.58 square kilometers; Block 2 is located in the Luosiwan area of the Dianzhong New Area Airport Economic Zone, adjacent to Changshui International Airport, newly built, with an area of 1.42 square kilometers.

 

 

　　During the construction of the Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone (Phase I) project, especially during the construction peak season from October to December last year. With the support of the company's leaders and various departments, in order to meet the schedule requirements, the No. 1 Engineering Project Department implemented 24-hour shift work, strictly controlled multiple points and multiple aspects of Plot 1 and Plot 2, ensured quality and quantity, kept up with the construction progress of the main civil works, and at the same time achieved the control goal of zero safety accidents, demonstrating the excellent project control capabilities of An'ersi among the various construction units of the group.
