The company participated in the Second "Master Craftsman Cup" Vocational Skills Competition and Master Craftsman Studio Skills Innovation Achievements Exhibition in Kunming.

　　After more than a month of preparation, the company's skills competition team and master craftsman studio successfully completed the second "Master Craftsman Cup" vocational skills competition and skills innovation achievement exhibition jointly organized by the Kunming Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Kunming Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.

　　The skills competition was held on April 14 at the Yunnan Provincial Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College. A total of 32 teams and 188 skilled personnel from Kunming competed to become "technical champions." The contestants representing the company were Pan Mingxiang from the Eighth Engineering Project Department and Yang Fan from the Metal Structure Processing Center. After comprehensive theoretical study and practical training, the two contestants calmly responded and strived hard in the 3.5-hour theoretical competition and 5-hour practical competition, demonstrating a good spirit throughout the process.

　　On the same day, Yin Zhibin, a senior welding technician and the third-place winner of the Kunming Master Craftsman Award, represented the master craftsman studio in the technical innovation and achievement exhibition. The studio showcased its work in skills promotion, innovation, and mentoring through welding objects, application diagrams of welding technology in frontline projects, and videos of skills promotion and work. The exhibition content received high praise from relevant leaders of the Kunming Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, further enhancing the company's understanding of skills promotion and innovation in skilled personnel studios.
