Group cadre assessment team four conducted a comprehensive assessment at An'er Company

　　On the morning of April 19, Ni Canghua, deputy head of Group Cadre Assessment Group 4 and Party Secretary of the Second Company, led the assessment team to An Er Si to conduct a comprehensive assessment of An Er Si for 2016. More than 60 people attended the assessment, including members of the An Er Si leadership team, middle-level cadres from various departments, major leaders of grassroots units, and employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Xu Bo, Party Secretary of the company.

　　In his mobilization speech for the assessment, Ni Canghua pointed out that assessing leadership teams and cadres is a crucial aspect of cadre team building, a significant and ongoing task for the Group. It is essential for accurately identifying cadres, objectively evaluating leadership teams, stimulating the internal vitality of the cadre team, and ensuring the assessment plays its guiding, evaluative, and supervisory role in cadre team building. Everyone must approach this assessment with a high sense of political responsibility and a strong sense of responsibility to the organization and the cause. The assessment should be conducted seriously and fairly, evaluating the leadership team and its members based on business performance, conduct, work achievements, political quality, leadership ability, and image. Assessed cadres should actively accept supervision from the organization and employees to ensure the smooth progress of this cadre assessment.
