The 240-ton crane for the Wugongbu Majinpu Kunyao project successfully completed the equipment hoisting.

　　Recently, the Majinpu Kunyao project of the Fifth Engineering Department, adapting to local conditions, successfully completed the hoisting of refrigeration equipment using a 240-ton crane.

　　Before hoisting, based on the equipment parameters provided by the owner (equipment external dimensions: 4500×3500×2800, weight: 4200kg, equipment comes with a steel base) and the actual on-site conditions, after careful calculation by the project management personnel, the project department decided to use a 50T crane. When the equipment arrived, the actual weight displayed on the crane meter was 6500kg, and the actual dimensions were 6500×3500×2800, which differed significantly from the parameters previously provided by the owner. After communicating with the owner, it was learned that this was due to the owner's temporary request to add a rainproof aluminum alloy outer protective cover and steel base to the equipment. The original hoisting plan could easily lead to uneven force on the equipment during hoisting and lifting, resulting in damage to the protective cover and the electrical box installed on the protective cover. The original hoisting plan was clearly unfeasible.

　　To ensure the safe positioning of the equipment, relevant personnel carefully observed and calculated the site, believing that a 240T crane with a 10-meter longer negative arm could meet the requirements. The project department immediately proposed to the owner a plan to use a 240T crane to directly hoist the equipment into place on the foundation. After communication and coordination with the owner, the owner finally affirmed our method of using a large truck crane to hoist the equipment into place on the foundation in one go for alignment, and agreed to re-quote based on the actual situation.

　　After more than two hours of load-bearing and assembly of the negative arm, the hoisting began, and finally, the equipment hoisting work was successfully completed according to the plan.
