The company successfully completed the welding process qualification for A335P91 material

　　Recently, led by the company's technology center, with the cooperation of the project management department of the Ninth Construction Department's Guizhou QianGui Power Plant project, the welding process evaluation work of A335P91 material was successfully completed, filling the gap in the company's welding process for this type of material.

　　A335P91 material is often used in the main steam pipes of high-pressure boilers, and welding is very difficult. This is the first time the company has encountered this type of material welding. This welding process uses a pipe specification with a diameter of 335 mm and a wall thickness of 34 mm, using manual tungsten inert gas welding for the base layer and manual arc welding for filling and capping. After the pre-welding process procedure was determined, test piece welding, post-weld heat treatment, and physical and chemical tests were carried out, and the evaluation work of this material was successfully completed.
