Caring for Women - Celebrating International Women's Day: A series of events held by the JianTou An'ersi Trade Union for International Women's Day

　　To build a harmonious corporate culture, demonstrate humanistic care, and allow all female employees to have a healthy, harmonious, happy, warm, and meaningful holiday, the An Er Si Trade Union organized a series of "March 8th" activities.

　　On the afternoon of March 17, more than 120 female employees of the company, with joyful hearts, took two large buses to the Da Ziran Fengqing Garden. Along the way, everyone sang and laughed continuously, enjoying the boundless spring scenery of nature.

　　Upon arriving at the activity site, the first activity began: the "Book Fragrance March 8th" essay contest and book presentation ceremony, and the award ceremony for outstanding works of the "March 8th" essay contest. The company's trade union specially subscribed to two sets of books, "Reading and Family Education" and "A Family Letter," for the company's female employees, and held a book presentation ceremony on site to improve the cultural and psychological qualities of female employees, cultivate a positive attitude, and face life and work optimistically. At the same time, the company's Women's Committee also rewarded many female employees who submitted entries to the "Book Fragrance March 8th" essay contest to thank them for their active participation and encourage more female employees to participate in the "Book Fragrance March 8th" essay contest, fully demonstrating the charm of women and creating a good atmosphere for reading by all.

　　In the women's rights protection action—the "Knowledge Competition on Laws and Regulations for the Protection of Women's Rights" quiz, the novel form and strong interest created a warm atmosphere on site. Everyone scrambled to participate actively, and the entire competition was full of laughter. The competition was relaxed and enjoyable, effectively achieving the goal of publicizing and popularizing relevant laws and regulations, benefiting the vast number of female employees.

　　After the intense competition, the fun sports officially began. The activities included six fun activities: "Bunny Dance," "Inspiring Drums," "Team Rhythm," and others. The atmosphere on site was enthusiastic and interesting. The female employees worked together, striving to be the best, and the atmosphere on site was exceptionally lively. Cheers and laughter were endless, and the sports field was full of joy and harmony.

　　After the fun activities, the barbecue "joyful song" was performed. With the careful preparation of the company's trade union, all the barbecue items were ready, and the goddesses immediately formed teams to start grilling. For a time, the aroma filled the air, and everyone enjoyed themselves without reservation.

　　The holding of this series of activities has enhanced the awareness of female employees regarding the importance of rights protection and team spirit. At the same time, the female employees present also fully felt the immense joy brought by the festival.
