The Honghe Prefecture Luxi to Mile Expressway Project Department organized training on three major systems.

　　To further standardize and strengthen project production work, improve project management level, and steadily advance the company's project management work, on March 13, the Luxi to Mile Expressway project in Honghe Prefecture conducted training on the three major highway systems. All project management personnel participated in the training.

　　This training mainly included six aspects: key difficulties and construction methods of the three major systems (monitoring, communication, and toll collection systems); construction sequence; construction precautions; material entry plan and inspection; and on-site safety management. The training utilized drawings, material samples, case studies, Q&A sessions, and discussions to address relevant issues. At the training session, the project's chief engineer, Bao Jianhong, reviewed and analyzed the main problems in current project management, including potential safety hazards and protective measures during the construction of the bridge's fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe box; management of key and difficult projects such as manhole and silicon core tube construction; and detailed explanations of material entry plans, protective measures, and inspection of newly arrived materials.

　　Through the training, management personnel gained a full understanding of the construction management of the three major systems, clarifying their work responsibilities and requirements, and strengthening their understanding of safety and quality responsibilities. This training is of great significance to the advancement of project work and the improvement of management level.
