The Equipment and Materials Department organized a business control knowledge training session

　　In order to implement the requirements of the first session of the first congress of representatives from the company regarding “strengthening centralized procurement of materials and strengthening material management”, the Equipment and Materials Department recently organized a business control knowledge training session, which was attended by equipment and materials management personnel from various grassroots units of the company.

　　This training covered all aspects of the work, from management processes to operations, from the overall picture to the details, providing comprehensive and systematic, point-to-point training for personnel. Firstly, it provided in-depth explanations of the control of equipment, materials, and testing equipment; material quota-based issuance; and construction site management, repeatedly emphasizing timely entry of materials upon inspection and acceptance, daily and monthly settlement, and the prevention of empty entries and exits. It also required increased training, guidance, inspection, and supervision of project departments this year. Secondly, it provided a detailed explanation of the centralized procurement process and business details, and exchanged work experiences with personnel. Thirdly, it provided examples and demonstrations of the contract approval workflow and monthly material reports, clarifying correct practices to ensure contract compliance and legality. Fourthly, it provided guidance and demonstrations on common problems and errors in the integrated NC entry process for business and finance, emphasizing that all personnel should perform entries according to the specified requirements and deadlines.

　　Finally, the Equipment and Materials Department and various grassroots units engaged in interactive exchanges, sharing their opinions, analyzing loopholes and shortcomings in equipment and materials management, and exploring solutions. Looking forward to 2017, everyone is full of confidence and determined to implement equipment and materials management work in every detail, making greater contributions to the company's leapfrog development.
