　　On February 25, combining the spirit of the first session of the first congress of employees and staff representatives of the group and the company, the Sixth Construction Department held a 2016 work summary and 2017 work deployment meeting. The chairman and secretary of the Party committee of the company attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, members of the leadership team of the Sixth Construction Department summarized and analyzed the "five-in-one" work in 2016, reported and explained the adjustment of wages and performance, and publicized the spirit of the company's congress of employees and staff representatives. The chairman and secretary of the Party committee of the company affirmed the achievements made by the Sixth Construction Department over the years in their speeches, and at the same time criticized and guided the problems and shortcomings existing in the development process of the Sixth Construction Department.

　　The meeting emphasized that 2017 is a crucial year for the company to achieve leapfrog development, and it is also a key year for the Sixth Construction Department to break through bottlenecks and achieve rapid growth in output value and efficiency. Only by working hard and striving to break through can we remain invincible in the fierce market competition. All employees should unite as one, perform their duties, fight hard, win the tough battle in 2017, and contribute their own strength to the goal of the group entering the world's top 500 in 2020.

　　In the presence of all employees, the project manager and the executive managers of each project signed safety production responsibility letters and quality responsibility letters respectively, and the relevant personnel selected by the project department signed apprenticeship contracts. At the meeting, advanced representatives selected by all employees of the project department were commended and rewarded, and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the project department in 2016 were given material rewards.
