On December 16, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission conducted "on-site" supervision work at the Sixth Engineering Project Department. Sun Jinyao, a member of the company's Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the supervision group, led a team to supervise and inspect the work. A total of 25 people attended the meeting, including members of the Sixth Engineering Department leadership team, key personnel, and some employee representatives.

Sun Jinyao delivered a special廉政党课 (integrity party lesson) covering six aspects: strengthening team building and improving basic management levels; enhancing the company's enforcement of regulations; leveraging the role of branch fighting fortresses; integrating party building into production and operation; promoting integrity in the leadership team; and upholding integrity in professional conduct. A collective integrity conversation also took place.

During the integrity conversation, Sun Jinyao conducted a detailed analysis of the job responsibilities of the department's leadership team members and made the following requirements: 1. The Party branch must earnestly fulfill its primary responsibilities; the branch secretary must earnestly fulfill the responsibilities of the "first responsible person"; and team members must earnestly fulfill their "dual responsibilities". 2. Clarify the functions of the Party branch and fully utilize learning platforms such as the "Three Meetings and One Lesson" to organize Party members to study Party regulations and disciplines, as well as relevant regulations of the group and the company. 3. The leadership team must have a sense of the overall situation, resolutely abide by the company's various management regulations, and earnestly implement the group's various safety management regulations. 4. Strengthen on-site project management and improve the management of the entry and exit of scrap materials and on-site materials. 5. Standardize the management of vehicles used in production and operation, clarify vehicle ownership, improve the procedures for leasing vehicles used in production and operation, and strictly control the use and management of various project vehicles. 6. Standardize the approval system for the use of project-specific seals and implement the seal approval system. 7. Improve talent cultivation and training of reserve personnel. 8. Strengthen the publicity work of the department, deeply explore the characteristics of the project, and carry out publicity work.

After the integrity conversation, the supervision group conducted individual conversations with 12 people, including members of the department's leadership team, key personnel, and some employee representatives.
