On the morning of July 11, Lu Jiang, group leader of the sixth group of the Group's cadre assessment, Party secretary and vice chairman of Yunnan Construction Investment No. 9 Construction Co., Ltd., led the assessment team members to conduct an assessment on the completion of the probationary period for Yan Xueguang, deputy general manager of the company. A total of 51 people attended the assessment meeting, including members of the company's leadership team in Kunming, heads of various functional departments, main leaders of various grassroots units, and some employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, vice chairman, and general manager.

Lu Jiang delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing: First, it is necessary to raise awareness and fully understand the importance of conducting probationary cadre assessments, further enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission in doing a good job in assessment work, and effectively implementing the decisions and deployments of the Group's Party committee. Second, it is necessary to clarify the key points, grasp the main content, methods, and procedures of the assessment work, act with impartiality, correctly exercise power, and objectively and fairly evaluate cadres. Third, on behalf of the assessment team, he stated that the assessment team will maintain strict work discipline, adhere to principles, be true to facts, be fair and just, conduct the assessment work seriously, carefully review relevant materials, accurately grasp the situation, and comprehensively analyze problems.

At the meeting, Yan Xueguang, deputy general manager of the company, delivered a personal work report. Afterwards, the participants conducted a democratic assessment of Yan Xueguang by anonymous voting. After the assessment meeting, the assessment team conducted assessment interviews with some members of the company's leadership team, middle-level cadres, and employee representatives.
