Leadership Cadre Lecture Hall: Yang Pengyong Delivers a Special Party History Study Education Party Lesson

On the afternoon of June 1st, Yang Pengyong, member of the company's Party Committee and deputy general manager, delivered a special party lecture on the centenary of the founding of the Party to the No. 1 Engineering Project Department. Party members, development objects, and active applicants for Party membership from the No. 1 Engineering Project Department Party branch, the Metal Structure Processing Center Party branch, the Equipment and Materials Department, the Production Management Department, and the Production Safety Department attended the lecture.

Yang Pengyong delivered a vivid party lecture centered around "The Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Speech at the Mobilization Conference for Party History Learning Education," Party history, the history of New China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development. The special party lecture reviewed the centenary of the Communist Party of China's struggle and major historical turning points, using the National Congresses of the Communist Party of China as the main thread. It analyzed why the Communist Party of China could succeed and clarified that the purpose of studying Party history is to uphold and adhere to the original aspirations of Communist Party members, achieving "understanding through history, strengthening belief through history, cultivating morality through history, and acting effectively through history."

Yang Pengyong pointed out that studying Party history allows one to experience firsthand the arduous journey of the Communist Party of China, understanding the Party's difficult journey during revolution and struggle. Studying Party history must be closely linked to reality. Party and government officials should learn from the excellent qualities of historical figures and consciously improve their Party spirit and political awareness in reality. For Party and government officials, history is also a good nutrient; each time they review the Party's history, their faith is strengthened. Regularly reviewing Party history, the history of New China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development can enhance the ideological and practical awareness of upholding the original aspirations and shouldering the mission, and strengthen confidence in realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Finally, Yang Pengyong shared his learning experience of Party history and recommended "The Communist Manifesto" to everyone, hoping that everyone will summarize their experiences and find solutions to problems during their studies.
