To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteers' participation in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, further deepen the understanding of the great spirit of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea, inspire patriotism, remember history and carry forward the heroic spirit, on the afternoon of November 20, the company's trade union organized more than 120 cadres and employees in Kunming to collectively watch the patriotic education film "The Battle at Lake Changjin," a tribute to the 70th anniversary of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.

The film tells the story of the final stage of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea in 1953. The Chinese People's Volunteers launched their final large-scale battle in Jin City. Despite scarce resources and overwhelming enemy firepower, the volunteer army engineers repeatedly withstood the enemy's bombing raids, risking their lives to repair the war-torn wooden bridge seven times. Ultimately, they used their bodies as pillars to support the bridge deck, enabling the main force to cross the river successfully in a life-or-death struggle and achieve final victory.

The selfless dedication of the volunteer soldiers in the film to ensure the safe passage of the main force deeply moved everyone, further inspiring national sentiment and patriotism. Everyone expressed their determination to remember revolutionary history, vigorously promote the great national spirit, and carry forward the great spirit of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea. They pledged to learn from revolutionary martyrs and ancestors, transforming their love for the Party and country into inexhaustible motivation for work, striving to improve their comprehensive quality and professional skills, taking up their responsibilities at their posts, and working with even stronger ideals and beliefs and greater enthusiasm to sprint towards the end-of-year tasks, ensuring that all targets for 2020 are exceeded.
