Company employee library completed and put into use

To continuously enrich the company's employees' after-work cultural life, cultivate the good learning habit of "loving reading, reading more, and reading good books," and continuously improve the employees' comprehensive cultural quality. After preparation, the company's employee reading room was 4 month 1 day officially put into use. The newly built employee reading room has an area of approximately 40 square meters and can accommodate 20 people for reading at the same time. The reading room has a total of 1300 books, covering politics, economics, law, philosophy, traditional Chinese studies, history, literature, biographies, etc., which can better meet the different reading needs of employees. At the same time, the reading room also includes three sections: Yunling Craftsmen, corporate culture, and trophy and medal display.

The construction of the employee reading room is an important part of the company's further strengthening of corporate culture construction. The completion and commissioning of the employee reading room not only provides a platform for company cadres and employees to improve themselves, learn by themselves, and communicate with each other, but also will play a positive role in further deepening the company's "creating a learning organization and striving to be a knowledge-based employee" activities. Next, the company will continue to expand the content of books and organize a variety of employee-themed reading and learning activities. Through the activities, we will continuously enrich and enhance the role of the employee reading room, strengthen employees' reading awareness, and enable the company's cadres and employees to devote themselves to their work with greater enthusiasm and stronger fighting spirit, contributing to the continuous and in-depth promotion of the company's cultural construction and high-quality development.
