Early summer arrives, bringing with it heat, restlessness, struggle, and aspirations. The college entrance examination and my birthday coincide. As a child, I only knew this day as a time for cake, friends, and laughter. But since I took the college entrance examination twelve years ago, I remember that it has rained every year on this day, but this year's rain is particularly heavy.

In the morning, looking at the wind and rain outside the window, I hesitated for a while before getting up on time to go to work. The dense raindrops hit the car window, making everything seem hazy. The further I drove, the more congested the road became, and the more blurred my vision became. Only then did I calmly turn on the air conditioning. Seeing the heavy rain lashing against the willows on both sides of the road, it was like seeing fleeting figures, years of uncertainty, becoming memories in the recesses of my mind.
Gazing at the distant road, the scene seems to be right before my eyes. July 1921, Nanhu Lake, bleak wind, thick fog, a small boat, men of integrity and patriotism, passionate young people, strong and resolute faces, powerful words—a new force was born on the land of China. The red boat on Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing is like a beacon in the vast world, illuminating the path to happiness for the Chinese people and the path to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The red boat has been sailing forward, forging ahead. Unknowingly, I feel the excitement of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China in that era. What made me suddenly think of this scene? Who created the good life we have today? I can't help but fall into thought again. Keywords like 'red boat,' 'Nanhu Lake,' and 'youth' come flooding in, like this sudden storm. Although it is fierce, there are people who are forging ahead, bringing stability and peace of mind.
Now, there are trendy shops along the street, busy people eating, and the haggling of buyers and sellers—the cycle of life continues. Times change. The passionate young people of that era are gone, but they will forever be etched in the hearts of the people, igniting the fighting spirit of future generations, witnessing this prosperous era together, and feeling the peace and tranquility of our city. Deep in their hearts, they no longer need to toil and struggle, but are accompanied by laughter and fragrance, in the shade of green trees, in the depths of their hearts, allowing their souls to find lasting comfort.
I still remember a line from Lu You's poem, "Night falls, I lie down and listen to the wind and rain; iron horses and icy rivers enter my dreams." I remember this poem not to highlight my patriotism, but because I know that what we think about during the day often appears in our dreams. I know that most of us are ordinary people. No matter where we are or what we do, we are all working hard for our ideals, for a better life for ourselves and our families. But ultimately, we are all striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. A person's life can be made beautiful by dedication and can be continuously sublimated by struggle. On the road to struggle, we will experience various setbacks and disappointments, but the future is ultimately bright...
Therefore, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, let us remain true to our original aspirations, keep our mission firmly in mind, and with the spirit of "achievements do not have to be made by me" and the historical responsibility of "achievements must be made by us," we will work diligently in our respective posts, practice the common behavioral norms of "loving our jobs, cherishing our positions, being honest and trustworthy, and operating according to law," work diligently, play a proactive role, and actively adapt to the new changes and requirements of the development of the rejuvenation cause, contributing our strength to the faster and better development of the rejuvenation cause.
As the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China approaches, we are both excited and full of confidence. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we should be more energetic and innovative, carrying forward the spirit of the red boat. China has won the battle against poverty and built a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Generation after generation of successors have continuously passed on the baton of history, striving for our common ideals and the rise of the Chinese nation!
