The cold air of winter has gradually disappeared, and the warmth of spring and summer is just beginning to ripple. No matter how severe the winter is, the bright spring will always come as promised. Even if the "epidemic war" is difficult and dangerous, the angels in white are always willing to dedicate themselves, bravely facing difficulties, giving hope to the sons and daughters of China, moving us, warming us, and illuminating our path forward. The sun rises, the weather gradually gets warmer, and the most beautiful retrograde warriors are getting busier. Angels in white gather from all over China and rush to the land of Jingchu. The sudden novel coronavirus has touched the hearts of every Chinese person.

Wuhan, the hardest-hit area of the epidemic, has become a place where many people want to escape from pneumonia, but there are so many people who have given up their vacations and family reunions and resolutely embarked on their journey to the front line of the epidemic. Among these retrograde warriors, there are medical personnel supporting Hubei, and even more Chinese builders who have been entrusted with important responsibilities!

The epidemic is the order, the site is the battlefield. The Huoshenshan Hospital, which is eagerly awaited by everyone, is now the main battlefield in the fight against the epidemic. Completed in just ten days, with a capacity of 1,000 beds, Huoshenshan Hospital has become a world-renowned "China Speed." Behind this, it is inseparable from the efforts of thousands of builders behind the scenes.

With a total construction area of 33,900 square meters, a large scale and tight construction period, and numerous challenges, this is a race against time, a race against the epidemic demon, and a tough battle that cannot be lost and must be won. Faster, faster! The roar of machinery day and night, the hustle and bustle, working tirelessly, in this race against the epidemic demon, the time arrangement of each process is precise to the hour, and every builder is working day and night at the construction site, sweating profusely. Their goal and belief is only one: to complete the project as soon as possible and defeat the epidemic. Construction began on January 23, more than 100 excavators arrived at the site on the 24th, the official groundbreaking ceremony was held on the 25th, the first model room was completed on the 26th, and on the 27th, the site leveling, gravel and sand backfilling were all completed, and the first batch of containerized prefabricated houses were hoisted and installed. On the 28th, the steel structure of the double-layer ward area took shape. On February 1, the installation of medical supporting equipment was fully launched, and on the 2nd, the project was completed and delivered. Huoshenshan Hospital rose from the ground amidst the roaring sound of machinery day and night. Behind this speed is the innovation of Chinese construction technology, richer experience in fighting the "epidemic," and the unbreakable Chinese strength of working together.

From the start of construction on January 23 to the delivery on February 2, it took only 10 days to complete the entire process from completing the design plan to delivery. Under normal circumstances, it would take at least two years to build a hospital of this size. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization, commented in surprise, "I have never seen such mobilization in my life."

Racing against time, before Huoshenshan Hospital, we probably had never been so concerned about the construction of a hospital. Every day, like tens of millions of netizens, we sit in front of large or small screens, voluntarily acting as "cloud supervisors," witnessing "China Speed." Watching the construction team working day and night, regardless of the wind and rain, on the screen, we are excited and moved.
