　　On July 30, to thoroughly implement the "不忘初心, 牢记使命" themed education activities, Cui Yongzhi, member of the company's Party Committee and general manager, gave a Party lecture to the Party members and employees of the Eighth and Eleventh Workshops, and conducted a survey on the development difficulties, existing problems, and issues of concern to the masses in the workshops.

　　General Manager Cui introduced the "不忘初心, 牢记使命" themed education activities through a PPT, and gave a detailed explanation of the significance, general requirements and connotation, fundamental tasks, specific tasks, specific goals, and important measures of the themed education activities. The general manager emphasized that all Party members should uphold their original aspirations, shoulder their responsibilities, identify shortcomings, and implement measures. They should truly uphold the fundamental purpose of wholeheartedly serving the people, upholding their original aspirations with firm ideals and beliefs; remembering the historical mission of our Party to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and bravely shouldering responsibilities; in accordance with Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments, the Party Constitution and regulations, the new expectations of the people, advanced examples, and role models around them, adhering to high standards, strict requirements, and targeted rectification; transforming Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era into practical actions to promote reform, development, stability, and various tasks of Party building, and promoting the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies.

　　After the Party lecture, participants put forward suggestions and opinions on the basic situation and existing problems of the workshops, as well as on Party affairs, production, salary and benefits, and approval procedures. General Manager Cui discussed and analyzed these with everyone, and worked out corresponding solutions. General Manager Cui required that all departments strictly handle problems in accordance with the company's regulations. Regarding the difficulties and challenges faced by the workshops, General Manager Cui stated that the company will promptly study and discuss them and provide guidance and assistance, and will also listen to suggestions and continuously improve management levels to effectively promote the high-quality development of grassroots units.
