On November 10, 2019, the first engineering project department organized and implemented the successful operation of oino lithium mine with materials, including the successful trial production of crushing workshop, screening workshop, grinding and flotation workshop, and one-time trial run with materials, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent comprehensive production.
The project is located in Sichuan Tibet Plateau. The concentrator is built on the hillside with an altitude of 3600m, and the tailing dam and tailing filter pressing workshop are built on the hillside with an altitude of 4200m. The construction of two φ 178 * 14 pipelines (tailing slurry and return water) from tailing filter pressing workshop to concentrator is even more difficult, and the climbing angle of some pipelines is more than 60 °. Transportation is difficult. The provincial road of yenglong village is only 13 kilometers away from the concentrator, but it takes 1.5 hours to walk along the construction access road and 2.5 hours to 4200 tailings dam. How many old drivers of transportation companies stop to help transport materials from the foot of the mountain to the concentration plant and tailings pond. The construction environment is even worse, and the construction period is only half a year from May to November. Every year, it will snow in June, and there will be intermittent snow in October. The concentrator project was officially started in March this year and has been working for half a year. We, Jiantou, have worked hard under the wind and snow and the high plateau sun. Even if the environment is no longer hard, we have not given up, and finally achieved phased results. On the morning of November 10, leaders of shengtun group and Sichuan Aba Prefecture Government came to the site for the start-up ceremony. At that time, as a part of the construction investment, we were full of excitement and pride. Although the victory was in sight, we should continue to carry forward the spirit of not afraid of hardship and fatigue, and actively rectify some small problems in the process of trial operation. By the end of November, the concentrator will formally and comprehensively put into production and produce 1000 tons of materials.
