On November 23, Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, went to the Qiaojia project department of the Eighth Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work.

Gu Yongmao first went to the construction sites of plots one and two of the North Gate resettlement point to inspect engineering quality issues. After a systematic investigation, Gu Yongmao put forward rectification requirements for the existing engineering quality problems at the construction site, and put forward specific rectification opinions on the indoor water and electricity installation part.

Gu Yongmao demanded that the project department conduct a comprehensive quality check of all plots, with the project manager taking the lead, the technical director coordinating the planning, and the plot负责人 responsible for on-site supervision and implementation, ensuring that responsibilities are implemented at all levels. After the rectification is completed, the project department will conduct a unified review.

Gu Yongmao pointed out that the Qiaojia immigrant project is a major livelihood project in Yunnan Province and an important political task. It must be completed within the stipulated time frame in strict accordance with the group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree" management requirements. Finally, Gu Yongmao encouraged everyone to follow the group's pace, work hard, seize the momentum, and escort the first batch of units of the Baihetan Hydropower Station generating electricity on July 1, 2021, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party.
