To fully implement the important spirit of the group's mobilization and deployment meeting on "riding the momentum, fighting for 120 days, and ensuring the over-completion of annual target tasks," the No. 10 Engineering Project Department Yunnan Yunjing Lin Paper Co., Ltd. pulp workshop quality improvement, energy saving, and efficiency improvement technical transformation project has established a construction team with rich experience and strong combat effectiveness. The team participates in this project with rigorous and scientific construction organization and management experience and advanced construction technology.

During the construction process, the project department strictly implements the management requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree", takes "high standards, high quality, and high brand" as the construction goal, strengthens quality awareness, improves rules and regulations, implements responsibilities to individuals, strengthens construction technology management, uses construction organization design as a guide, uses construction process design and construction key points as guidance, uses three-level technical handover, operation procedures, and process handover inspection as guarantees, and strictly controls and manages each construction process.

As of November 24, the installation of the pre-embedded parts of the digester foundation has been completed, and has received unanimous praise from the owner, general contractor, and participating units. In the following construction process, the project department will carry forward the spirit of the plateau iron army and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality completion of the project.
