On the afternoon of December 6, the company held a report meeting on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a study meeting (expanded) of the Party Committee's theoretical learning center group in the report hall of the comprehensive building. The meeting invited Professor Huang Xiaojun, member of the Party group and vice president of Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences, to give a report on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. A total of 138 people attended the meeting, including the company's expanded leadership team, heads and deputy heads of various departments of the organs, members of the grassroots unit teams, and employee representatives. Professor Huang Xiaojun, closely focusing on the important speech and spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively expounded and elaborated on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China from ten aspects, including "background of the meeting," "new achievements in national economic and social development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period," "fully grasping the new development stage," "guiding ideology and basic principles of economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period," "adhering to the new development concept," "striving to build a new development pattern," and "building a safe China." This provided ideas and directions for Party members, cadres, and employees to thoroughly implement the spirit of the plenary session in their actual work. The explanation, combined with practical examples, was easy to understand and humorous, and the participating Party members, cadres, and employees listened attentively and benefited greatly.

"We must take the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as an important political task for the current period and the future." Gu Yongmao, Party secretary and chairman of the company, emphasized that, firstly, all units and departments should raise their political standing and conduct in-depth study. We should firmly align our thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments, further enhance the "four consciousnesses," strengthen the "four confidences," and achieve the "two safeguards." Secondly, we should achieve full coverage and carefully organize publicity to create a learning atmosphere. Party and government leaders should take the lead in publicity and implementation, carry out comprehensive and wide-ranging publicity, and ensure that the spirit of the plenary session is accurately, deeply, and thoroughly explained, encouraging cadres and employees to work at their posts, be pioneers, take on responsibilities, and make contributions, so that the spirit of the plenary session can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Thirdly, we should combine it with key tasks and apply what we have learned.
