Gu Yongmao attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Luliang County Intelligent Environmental Protection Building Materials Multi-in-one Industrial Park project of the Seven Ministries.

On July 19, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Luliang County Intelligent Eco-friendly Building Materials Multi-functional Industrial Park project, undertaken by the company's EPC general contracting and the Seventh Engineering Project Department, was held in Damogu Changshan, Luliang County. Major leaders from Qujing City and Luliang County attended, along with Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the company, and Kong Xinghu, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, who were invited to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony.

The Luliang County Intelligent Eco-friendly Multi-functional Building Materials Industrial Park prioritizes green environmental protection. As Yunnan Province's first integrated building materials industrial park guided by environmental protection concepts, the project introduces advanced domestic technologies, integrating environmental protection, intensification, intelligence, complete enclosure, and a unique modular construction method. This aligns with the current trend of developing a green economy and aims for five years of industry leadership and ten years of sustained competitiveness in Southwest China. With a total investment of 400 million yuan and a planned land area of 280 mu, the project will build an industrial park that integrates limestone upstream and downstream industry chains, including aggregates, manufactured sand, dry-mixed mortar, and commercial concrete. The project will be implemented in three phases: Phase 1, using 150 mu of land and an investment of 160 million yuan, will mainly construct a production line for 10 million tons of intelligent, eco-friendly, multi-functional, high-quality aggregates and high-quality manufactured sand annually. Phase 2, planned on 70 mu of land, will construct a standardized asphalt mixing plant and a ready-mixed concrete mixing plant. Phase 3, planned on 60 mu of land, will construct stone slabs, decorative stone, high-quality calcium powder, lime, and deep processing of limestone. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation within three years. After commissioning, it will radiate to surrounding counties and cities such as Luliang, Shilin, and Yiliang. Upon reaching full production capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 400 million yuan, comprehensive tax revenue of over 40 million yuan, provide over 100 jobs, and indirectly support employment for over 400 people. Importantly, the dust-free and pollution-free, garden-style, and modern production environment will make the industrial park a benchmark for green economic development, effectively promoting the transformation, upgrading, and efficiency improvement of the local building materials industry.

After the ceremony, Gu Yongmao carefully learned about the project's construction status and made the following requests to the project department: First, strictly follow the group's "four guarantees, one control, one cultivation" project management requirements, meticulously organize, overcome difficulties, accelerate project construction, and complete the project construction tasks efficiently and with high quality. Second, the project department and various construction parties should establish a long-term, effective communication mechanism, using the current projects to establish a good brand image and further expand the company's market.
