The Second Ministry of Industry organized female employees to participate in the online training for women cadres of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions

From July 21st to 23rd, the Second Engineering Project Department organized six female employees to participate in the 2021 Yunnan Trade Union Women Workers' Online Training.

This training revolved around four themes: "Drawing Strength from the History of the Yunnan Workers' Movement under the Leadership of the Party in the New Era," "The Civil Code and Daily Life," "Emotional Intelligence Development and Mental Health," and "Women's Happiness." The aim was to improve the theoretical literacy and management level of the trade union's female cadres, strengthen their ability to perform practical work, encourage female employees to care more about their health, and foster a correct understanding of women's status and role, so they can contribute to work and life with strong bodies, healthy minds, and abundant energy.
