On the morning of January 6, Chen Zujun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, led a team to inspect the Group's Installation Subsidiary, An'er Company, An'san Company, Mechanical Installation Company, and Steel Structure Company, and held a symposium, emphasizing the need to strive for progress, work diligently, and serve as a 'stabilizer' for the Group's high-quality development through internal enhancement.

The meeting heard work reports from the five installation companies, gaining an in-depth understanding of their operations, internal control management, target completion, and Party building.

Chen Zujun expressed his care and concern for the cadres and employees of the five units and extended New Year's greetings. He pointed out that in recent years, the cadres and employees of the five companies have worked together in unity and with arduous efforts, achieving significant breakthroughs in market expansion, continuous expansion of production scale, continuous improvement of qualification levels, effective technological innovation, and continuous strengthening of human resources and soft power. All aspects of the companies' development have made significant progress.

In the upcoming work, we must align with the Group's goals for high-quality development through internal enhancement and strive to achieve the following four points:

First, we must raise our standing and study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. We must take the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the primary political task for the current period and the future. Second, we must have a long-term perspective and use strategic guidance to enhance our core competitiveness. We must combine the Group's "12345" development strategy, and optimize and adjust the mid-term "14th Five-Year Plan" for our units, integrating company development into the broader tide of Group development. The Installation Subsidiary should increase its efforts to "go global," keeping pace with the Group's development, making greater contributions to the construction of the Group's regional headquarters and supporting other secondary companies in going global, truly acting as the "leader" of the installation sector; An'er Company should actively contribute more to the construction of "Digital Jian Tou," making every effort to expand the market and accumulate experience in large general contracting, accumulating momentum for leapfrog development; An'san Company should fully leverage its brand advantages, striving to become a model for digital operation, focusing on market expansion externally and strengthening management internally, using the achievements of high-quality development to make up for the company's shortcomings; the Mechanical Installation Company should further clarify its strategic positioning and development goals, seizing the opportunity of the rapid development of the installation market to promote the company's high-quality development; the Steel Structure Company should further emancipate its thinking, actively explore new technologies and equipment manufacturing and installation, increase market expansion in the green new energy sector, strengthen cooperation with other secondary companies, and go global together to achieve new development.

Third, we must strengthen our foundations and use comprehensive control to promote high-quality development. First, we must fully and promptly grasp the international and domestic situation and adhere to our unwavering leading position in operations. We must establish a company-wide operational philosophy, build a combat-ready operational team, and continue to increase efforts to expand markets outside the province and overseas. Second, we must comprehensively improve production management capabilities, strengthen project pre-planning capabilities, establish a systematic project control mechanism, and improve integrated, full-process control capabilities. Third, we must earnestly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on safety production, upholding the principle of putting people first and life first, and strengthening the "dual responsibility" of leaders at all levels in the safety management process. We must thoroughly implement safety production responsibilities. Fourth, we must work hard in cost planning, on-site control, and project settlement. We must improve economic control levels and maximize the company's economic benefits. Fifth, we must increase the promotion and application of new technologies, adhere to digital transformation and upgrading, and accelerate the digital empowerment of industrial construction. Fourth, we must be guided by Party building to gather the tremendous strength for reform and development. First, we must comprehensively strengthen Party political construction, continue to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and continuously improve our political judgment, political understanding, and political execution. Second, we must use high-quality Party building to lead and guarantee high-quality enterprise development, giving full play to the role of grassroots Party branches as fighting bastions and the exemplary role of Party members, continuously promoting Party building and production and operation work. We must promote the integration and mutual promotion of Party building and business operations. Third, we must strengthen talent team building, establishing the selection and employment orientation of "emphasizing the front line, emphasizing practical work, emphasizing performance, and emphasizing recognition" and the selection and employment philosophy of "those who achieve results will have positions, those with positions will achieve more, and those who do not achieve results will lose their positions," and increasing the intensity of on-the-job training and exchanges. Before the symposium, Chen Zujun visited the office area and the visualized information command center of the Installation Subsidiary, learning about the construction of the smart construction site platform and having cordial conversations with cadres and employees. Chen Zujun emphasized the need to deeply build "Digital Jian Tou," continuously strengthening the construction of the command center platform, and effectively providing continuous empowerment and acceleration for the company's high-quality development through internal enhancement.
