From 2011 to 2021, Yunnan Construction Investment Group has never been absent from the relocation and resettlement of immigrants in the reservoir areas of the above four power stations. In 2011, the Suijiang Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, the earliest implemented project, was the "place where dreams began" for the Group's hydropower immigrant relocation and resettlement project. In order to achieve the target node of timely closing and storing water for the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, the Group actively explored a new management model, integrated the advantages of resources upstream and downstream, overcame countless difficulties and dangers, and created three "Suijiang immigrant miracles": completing 3 million square meters of building construction tasks in one year, clearing the reservoir bottom of the centuries-old county town in one month, and basically completing the smooth relocation and resettlement of 60,000 immigrants in two months.
