New Heart, Bright Future - Company Organizes 2024 New Employee Onboarding Training

To help new employees gain a deeper understanding of the company's growth history, development strategy, and corporate culture, and to help them integrate into the new environment and adapt to their positions more quickly, the company organized a four-day new employee onboarding training program from July 23rd to 26th.

This training program carefully arranged a new employee meeting, a sharing session of successful employee growth experiences, a basketball friendly match between new and veteran employees, visits to the company showroom and industrial workers' center, and courses such as "New Employee Role Transition and Trade Union Knowledge Introduction," "Cherishing Your Position, Maintaining Integrity, and Taking the First Step in Your Career," "Interpretation of National and Company Safety Production-Related Laws and Regulations," and "The Positioning and Role of Youth League Organizations in State-Owned Enterprises."

In addition, to enhance communication and understanding among new employees, the company also organized expansion activities. In carefully designed team games, new employees put aside their initial restraint, actively participated, and challenged themselves together, deepening their friendships and cultivating teamwork and coordination skills.

After four days of training and learning, new employees not only gained a more comprehensive understanding of the company but also mastered basic work skills and professional qualities. Everyone expressed their intention to apply the knowledge and experience gained to their actual work, to grow and progress with the company, and to contribute their youthful energy to the company's high-quality development.
