7 On August 28, Jiang Ligang, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board, and Xu Yanlu, member of the Party Committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management work), visited the raw ore system project of the second-phase expansion and renovation project of the Tibet Julong Copper Mine to conduct research and guidance, and to visit and express their care for the frontline workers.

Jiang Ligang and Xu Yanlu went deep into the raw ore system and the north crushing station of the Julong Phase II project to conduct on-site investigations, and learned in detail about the project's construction progress, safety and quality management, personnel and machinery input, and the working conditions of the employees. Afterwards, Jiang Ligang and Xu Yanlu went to the project department's residence to carry out the "Trade Union Warmth into Thousands of Homes" activity, delivering backpacks, water cups, and other supplies to the frontline workers. They also engaged in cordial conversations with the workers, inquiring about their daily work and reminding them to pay attention to temperature changes, strengthen personal protection, and take care of their health.

At the exchange meeting, Jiang Ligang and Xu Yanlu carefully listened to the project department and each section's reports on the project construction and the progress of various business operations. They also put forward specific solutions to the difficulties and problems encountered in the project's advancement.

Jiang Ligang affirmed the achievements made in the project construction and expressed gratitude for the hard work of the project department's employees. He also put forward the following requirements: First, maintain confidence and overcome difficulties, correctly understanding and addressing the problems and challenges in the project. Second, the project department should, based on the overall project plan, break down tasks in detail, allocate sufficient manpower, machinery, and equipment according to the plan, and proactively promote the project's safety production and construction. Third, strengthen the project management team, advocating a cooperative atmosphere of mutual tolerance and complementarity, emphasizing principles in major matters and unity in minor matters, working together towards the overall goal of completing the project. At the same time, clearly define responsibilities, powers, and benefits, forming a comprehensive project management standard to improve the standardization level of project management. Fourth, all cadres and employees of the project department must maintain integrity and self-discipline, abide by the rules and regulations, not crossing the red lines or touching the bottom lines, ensuring that every task can withstand the test of time and history.

Xu Yanlu emphasized: First, the project department should continue to summarize and refine previous experience, boosting confidence and moving forward bravely. Second, currently in the "golden period" of construction, the project department should strengthen work coordination, scientifically allocate funds and personnel, reasonably arrange construction plans, and make every effort to complete the project construction. Third, while seizing construction time and ensuring progress, each section should adhere to the principle of giving equal importance to safety and quality, strictly implement various safety production regulations, reasonably arrange working hours, stagger operations, and provide care, attention, and logistical support, allowing frontline workers and migrant workers to truly feel the "double safety temperature" and improve the "quality" of happiness.
