Chuxiong Dianzhong Nonferrous Metals Company successfully completed the 2025 annual series of centralized overhaul projects

Recently, the Chu Xiong Dianzhong Nonferrous Metals project of the company's second engineering project department successfully completed the 2025 annual series of centralized maintenance projects.

This project had a tight schedule, limited workspace, and high equipment repair precision requirements. Faced with numerous challenges, the project team carefully planned, held numerous special meetings, repeatedly discussed and optimized the maintenance plan, and developed detailed construction procedures and strict safety protection measures. At the same time, human and material resources were reasonably allocated, and various maintenance equipment, tools, and spare parts were prepared in advance, laying a solid foundation for the maintenance work.

During the maintenance process, all personnel fully demonstrated their spirit of hard work and perseverance, racing against time to advance the work. To ensure the project progress, the project team adopted a "two-shift" and "three-shift" work model, working day and night on the maintenance front line; faced with the problem of limited workspace, technicians relied on their superb skills and rich experience to overcome difficulties one by one; in terms of equipment maintenance precision control, the team introduced advanced testing instruments, strictly controlling each maintenance link, repeatedly measuring and calibrating key parts, and not letting go of any minor deviations to ensure the quality of equipment maintenance. Due to their outstanding performance, the project team has received numerous commendations from the client.

After the arduous efforts of the project team, all maintenance tasks were successfully completed, and the “five zeros” (i.e., zero violations on site, zero minor injuries to personnel, zero clutter on site, zero rework on quality, and zero delays on schedule) goal was achieved.
