Company's Tibet Julong project receives multiple awards from the owner

Recently, the company's Tibet Julong project received several commendations from the owner. Tao Wenke's team was awarded the title of "Advanced Team", and Hu Lai, the project safety manager, was awarded the title of "Excellent Manager."

Since the start of the project, Tao Wenke's team has always adhered to the concept of safe and civilized construction throughout the entire production process. During construction, the team strictly implemented various safety management systems and held regular pre-shift and post-shift meetings. Pre-shift meetings precisely deployed the day's construction tasks, clarifying safety precautions and individual responsibilities; post-shift meetings systematically reviewed the work situation, identified problems, and summarized experiences. Team members actively participated in hazard identification work, and with a high sense of responsibility and keen judgment, eliminated potential risks in their infancy, effectively building a solid safety line for the project and setting a good example for the project department.

As the project safety manager, Hu Lai has always stayed on the construction front line, taking the guarantee of project safety as his primary responsibility. He actively organized and cooperated with the project department to carry out various forms of safety education and training, and carefully formulated and promoted the implementation of hidden danger investigation plans. Faced with the complex and changeable construction environment in the plateau region, he used his solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience to scientifically predict risks, quickly adjust response strategies, and ensure the safe and efficient progress of all aspects of the project.
