On April 25th, the company's 12th Engineering Project Department successfully completed the segmented hoisting operation of the oxidation furnace for the new phosphate-based cathode material supporting project of Defang Nano Technology Co., Ltd. in Zheyi District, Qujing City.

This hoisting task was arduous. The oxidation furnace, as the core equipment of the project's dilute nitric acid device, was hoisted in two sections: upper and lower. The upper section weighed 13 tons and was 1.5 meters high, while the lower section weighed 70 tons and was 5.5 meters high. The large tonnage, high hoisting height, and small operating radius presented significant challenges. To ensure the successful completion of the hoisting operation, the project team prepared a hoisting plan in advance and optimized the counterweight configuration of the main crane to ensure that the lifting performance met safety standards.

This hoisting operation used a 500-ton main crane. Before hoisting, the project department conducted a "double handover," meticulously inspected the equipment, and strictly controlled the surrounding environment. At 13:28, the main crane slowly lifted the hook. After slight angle adjustment, the lower furnace body vertically passed through the dilute nitric acid device frame and was steadily placed on the foundation after 80 minutes. Subsequently, the upper component was hoisted using the same method and precisely matched with the lower furnace body.

During the operation, safety officers supervised the entire process, and personnel in various positions performed their duties and cooperated closely. At 16:00 on the same day, the supervisory unit and the client jointly conducted on-site acceptance. After rigorous inspection, indicators such as the levelness and verticality of the equipment all met the design requirements, and the hoisting operation was successfully completed.
