From April 23rd to 25th, the company's trade union held a 2025 team leader skills training demonstration class. Yang Yu, the company's deputy secretary of the Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the trade union, attended the training and gave a speech.

This training focuses on the new requirements of the new productive forces and the reform of the industrial worker team construction, thoroughly implements the spirit of the 20th Third Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on inspecting Yunnan, deeply explores the value connotation of the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship in the new era, and intensively disseminates the company's "Internal Employee Contracting Management Measures (Trial)". It aims to enhance the management level and business capabilities of the company's team leaders and specialized personnel in pipe fitting and welding (certified) through strengthening the combination of learning and practice, and to create a strong atmosphere of learning and comparing technologies.

Yang Yu required: First, raise the position and deeply understand the significance of the training. Trainees must attach great importance to, and deeply learn and understand the purpose, significance, and content of this training. Effectively transform what they have learned, thought, and understood into the ability to guide practical work and actions to promote work effectiveness, leading the team, cultivating talents, and making contributions to the company's high-quality development with internal connotation.

Second, clarify the goals and systematically plan talent cultivation. All grassroots units should actively respond to the relevant deployment requirements of the group, organize the core management forces of their units, and deeply explore "project managers" and excellent team leaders who possess both cultivation potential and comprehensive project management capabilities, through comprehensive assessment of project management capabilities, early intervention, and systematic training, to reserve core management personnel for the company.

Third, consolidate responsibilities and strengthen the basic role of teams. Team leaders recommended by grassroots units and appointed after company review will be included in the company's mass safety production supervision "whistleblower" team. Team leaders should fully utilize their "whistle-blowing" functions, becoming the company's most solid and reliable grassroots management force and safety management force, providing strong support for the company's safe production.
