Jianglin Group's 2023 annual miscellaneous installation project, Workshop 5 yellow phosphorus electric furnace, successfully put into operation

Recently, the Yunnan Jianglin Group Co., Ltd. project, undertaken by the company's Sixth Engineering Project Department, the 2023 miscellaneous installation project, the phosphorus furnace in workshop 5, was successfully put into operation.

This project, as a miscellaneous repair project, had a tight construction schedule, a large workload, and multiple challenges, including high-altitude operations and multiple cross-operations. To ensure the project progress, the project management department planned in advance, dynamically allocating construction resources, refining daily progress plans, and precisely allocating work areas, etc., to decompose the construction tasks to each construction point, achieving simultaneous progress of multiple processes.

With the joint efforts of all participants, the project finally completed its objectives on schedule, the phosphorus furnace in workshop 5 was successfully put into operation, receiving high recognition from the owner, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent work.
