On the morning of April 15th, the company's Party Committee held a symposium for the family members of leading cadres on "Family Style Education: A Collective Discussion," and conducted a warning education and collective integrity talk. Jiang Ligang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Yang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Employee Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting.

The meeting studied relevant content from "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Discussions on the Importance of Family Education and Family Style," and conveyed the Group Party Committee's "Supervisory and Guidance Opinions (Trial) on Strengthening the Activities of Leading Cadres Outside of Working Hours." A warning education film and a video on good family styles were shown. Attendees received a copy of "Chinese Family Rules," and signed a "Family Commitment to Integrity" pledge.

Participating families made presentations on topics such as "Family and Integrity," "My Family Style," and "How to Practice Good Family Style," and offered suggestions on the company's management of integrity education for leading cadres.

The meeting required: First, a deep understanding of the relationship between family style and work style. Dual-employee leading cadre families must set an example for other cadres and employees, contributing family strength to a positive and clean atmosphere for work and entrepreneurship. Second, the achievements of leading cadres are inseparable from the encouragement, support of their families, and the cultivation of the organization; they should cherish this hard-won affirmation. Third, a warm and healthy family atmosphere should be created to guide leading cadres in their "off-duty" lives. Fourth, lessons should be learned from typical cases. Leading cadres must manage their family members well, and family members must maintain a clear understanding. Fifth, everyone should learn together to improve the legal awareness of family members and enhance their ability to discern right from wrong. The symposium was attended by some dual-employee middle-level leading cadres and their family members, as well as relevant personnel from the Party Committee's Work Department and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office.
