To continuously promote the "Happy Construction Investment" initiative, truly care for employees in daily life, continuously improve employees' sense of gain, happiness, and belonging, and create a healthy and harmonious corporate culture. On March 21, the company's trade union invited a team of experts from Yunnan Provincial First People's Hospital Xinquanhua Hospital to give a rich and targeted health knowledge lecture to company employees, and provided on-site interpretation services for employee physical examination reports.

The lecture closely focused on topics of common concern to employees, such as the prevention of common and frequently occurring diseases and daily health management. Starting from reasonable dietary structure, good living habits, and scientific exercise methods, the lecture used easy-to-understand language and vivid examples to impart knowledge and skills of health management in a simple and clear way. In the special lecture on women's health, experts lectured on the prevention, health care, and mental health of common diseases among women, further enhancing the health awareness and self-care abilities of female cadres and employees.

In the health consultation session, experts carefully reviewed employees' physical examination reports and provided detailed answers to employees' questions. For common problems, experts not only provided corresponding preventive and treatment measures, but also tailored personalized health management plans for employees from multiple dimensions such as diet, exercise, and psychology, advocating for employees to adopt a reasonable diet, moderate exercise, quit smoking and limit alcohol, and develop healthy living habits.
