1 On January 17, the company held a deployment meeting on safety production at the end of the year and the beginning of the next, as well as the first 2025 safety committee and petition stabilization special meeting. The meeting comprehensively summarized and reviewed the company's 2024 safety production and stability maintenance work and coordinated the deployment of key tasks for 2025. The company's leadership team in Kunming and its expanded team members attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the manager level work).

The meeting pointed out that the end of the year and the beginning of the next is a critical period for safety production. To ensure the stability of the company's safety production situation, leading cadres at all levels should: First, for projects with heavy production tasks and high safety risks, assign special personnel to conduct key supervision and control. Second, strengthen the ideological education of managers and operators, implement the company's "grid-based" safety management requirements, and do a good job in confirming the safety production conditions and safety supervision of construction sites. Third, increase the intensity of hidden danger inspections at construction sites and company bases, focusing on key parts and links, and promptly discovering and eliminating hidden dangers. Fourth, according to the arrangements of the group and the company, properly handle the work related to the Spring Festival holiday, emergency duty during the holiday, and resumption of work and production after the Spring Festival.
The meeting also emphasized the importance of petition stabilization work, requiring relevant departments and grassroots units of the company to accurately implement response strategies, focus on resolving internal contradictions, strengthen the role of grassroots "outposts," actively communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, and accurately grasp potential contradictions. At the same time, focusing on overseas layout, strengthen communication and liaison with owners, optimize project processes, comprehensively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and build a solid foundation for stability maintenance.
Jiang Ligang, secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman of the board, made a concluding speech and made specific deployments for the next step of work.
