Sun Zhijian and Rui Tieming conducted a field research on the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project.

Recently, Sun Zhijian, the company's dedicated external director, and Rui Tieming, the company's deputy general manager, conducted a field trip and provided guidance to the Dianzhong Water Diversion Dali Section I Xianglushan Tunnel construction power supply design and construction general contracting project undertaken by the Third Engineering Project Department.

Sun Zhijian and Rui Tieming went deep into the project construction site, inspected the construction progress of the No. 34 vertical shaft substation and the 35KV line section on site, and learned in detail about the project overview and the project's situation in terms of quality, progress, and safety control. They expressed their recognition of the project's achievements.

Sun Zhijian required: First, the project department should strengthen communication and coordination with government departments, change work methods according to the actual situation, and lay a solid foundation for project advancement. Second, the pertinence and practicality of project planning should be highlighted, funding risks should be prevented, project cost control should be strengthened, and the effectiveness of full life-cycle project control should be improved. Third, in accordance with the requirements of the Group's 100-day intensive campaign, we should focus on goals and implementation, maintain momentum, and ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of all work tasks to win the 100-day intensive campaign. Fourth, we should recognize the situation, raise awareness, and effectively carry out pre-holiday safety production work, carefully investigate and promptly eliminate risks and hidden dangers. Fifth, all cadres and employees of the project department should strengthen learning, continuously acquire new knowledge, expand their horizons, and achieve new progress.

Rui Tieming emphasized: First, we must firmly establish a quality awareness and ensure engineering quality. Second, we must strictly follow the construction plan, strengthen engineering progress control, and ensure the smooth completion of various node target tasks.
