12 On October 22, the Party Committee Theoretical Center Group of the Group held its 9th centralized study (expanded) meeting of 2024 and the summary meeting of the Yan'an special training class for party members and cadres. The meeting deeply studied the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping when he led the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to Yan'an, Shaanxi to visit the Yan'an revolutionary memorial sites on October 27, 2022. Participants gained a profound understanding of the rich connotations of the Yan'an spirit, summarized the achievements of the Group's party members and cadres' "Continuing the Red Gene, Strengthening Party Education" Yan'an special training class, and emphasized the need to strive to practice and model the inheritance and promotion of the Yan'an spirit, striving to build the Group into a "first-class domestic and internationally renowned modern construction investment group."

Chen Zujun, Secretary of the Group's Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Chen Zouxiong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, led the study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's signed article, "Inheriting and Carrying Forward the Party's Fine Revolutionary Traditions and Style, and Promoting the Yan'an Spirit."
