12 On January 19, Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party committee, director, and vice general manager (presiding over the management team's work), went to the G8012 Mile to Chuxiong Expressway Mile to Yuxi section project, the first contract section electromechanical engineering project, undertaken by the company's third engineering project department, for investigation and guidance.

Xu Yanlu went deep into the Mile-Yu Expressway project site, conducted on-site inspections of several key construction points, and learned in detail about the project's construction progress, safety management, and construction quality.

Xu Yanlu required: First, we must focus on the December 27th opening target, clarify the remaining workload, formulate a detailed construction plan, and allocate resources reasonably to ensure that the opening target is successfully completed. Second, we must adhere to the safety bottom line, strictly implement various safety protection measures, comprehensively check safety hazards, and ensure the safety of project production. Third, we must effectively implement quality requirements in all aspects of our work, while improving work efficiency, strictly control the quality of the project, and lay a good foundation for secondary operation.

Finally, Xu Yanlu expressed his condolences to the cadres and employees working on the front line of the project, fully affirmed everyone's hard work and achievements in the project construction process, and encouraged everyone to continue to carry forward the spirit of overcoming difficulties and taking on responsibilities, and to contribute their strength to the successful completion of the project.
