11 On the 15th of the month, Yang Yu, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee, employee director, and chairman of the labor union, delivered a lecture on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the Party branches of the 6th, 10th, and 13th engineering project departments, as well as the Party branches of the industrial worker center and the logistics and stability department.

Yang Yu required that: Firstly, all Party members of the branches should deeply understand the significance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, taking the spirit of the plenary session as the key learning content for the current and future period, constantly enriching themselves, and improving their ideological and political qualities. Secondly, they should comprehensively grasp the key reform tasks in various fields, combining them with the company's "14th Five-Year" development plan, connecting their acquired knowledge and skills with the company's development, and doing a good job in basic management.
