The company's second-quarter 2024 safety officer competency training has been successfully completed.

To further strengthen safety production responsibility and promote the long-term and normalized operation of the company's safety production management system, from October 28th to 30th, the company's safety supervision and management department, in conjunction with the human resources department, carefully planned and organized a three-day safety officer capacity building training.

This training closely revolved around national laws and regulations and the basic management requirements of the construction industry, focusing on the company's primary responsibility for safety production. It provided an in-depth interpretation of the company's various safety management systems and the current status of safety production. The training content was extensive, covering policy document interpretation, the promulgation of current norms and standards, explanations of key areas of safety management knowledge, emergency response to safety production incidents, analysis of typical accident cases, the preparation of special safety plans for large and extra-large projects, and the application of the DingTalk system's safety module, among other aspects.

To ensure the effectiveness of the training, work discipline was strictly enforced during the training period, with a dedicated person responsible for overall supervision. Also, to test the training results, a closed-book exam was organized for all trainees after the training.

Through this training, the trainees further clarified the key points of current and future safety production work and mastered effective methods for carrying out safety production work. The training not only fully mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of the company's cadres and employees to improve safety production levels and prevent various accidents, but also provided strong support for the effective implementation of the company's safety production regulations and the prevention of project safety risks.
