9 On September 30, the 35kV Cangtun substation of the Yonglin combined power transmission and transformation project (second phase) of the Yuanmou-Dayao Expressway project was successfully energized and put into operation.

To ensure that the substation could complete the construction task within the scheduled power outage time, since the official start of the power outage operation on September 14, the project department actively contacted relevant departments and construction teams, coordinated various forces, and made every effort to advance the project progress. After continuous efforts for many days, the power outage operation was successfully completed on September 22. In the following days, the project department carried out acceptance and audit procedures in a tight schedule to ensure that all performance indicators of the substation met the design requirements. Finally, at dawn on the 30th, the 35kV Cangtun substation was successfully energized and put into operation, providing a solid power guarantee for the construction of the Yuanmou-Dayao Expressway project.

The energization and commissioning marks the completion of all key project nodes, achieving a phased victory.
