9 On August 25th, the construction project of the recycled copper resource recycling base of Chuxiong Dianzhong Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. - the pyrometallurgical system project successfully completed the hoisting work of the No. 1 anode furnace.

The project is undertaken by the company's Second Engineering Project Department, and the main construction tasks include the installation of two anode furnaces and their auxiliary facilities and equipment. The No. 1 anode furnace hoisted this time has dimensions of Ф4650×12000mm, weighs 92.2 tons, and its drive end pipe ring weighs 34.7 tons, making it an ultra-high-risk and large-scale project.

To ensure the safety and smooth progress of the hoisting process, the project department carefully prepared a special hoisting plan and submitted it to the company's technical department for rigorous scientific demonstration by experts. During the hoisting process, the project team used a 700-ton truck crane to successfully hoist the anode furnace body to the installation position and place it on a temporary support. Subsequently, a 130-ton truck crane was used to complete the installation of the free end and drive end rolling circles.

Finally, through the joint efforts of the project team, the hoisting task of the No. 1 anode furnace was successfully completed, not only creating favorable conditions for the installation of subsequent auxiliary facilities and equipment, but also laying a solid foundation for the project to successfully achieve its year-end capacity expansion goal.
