9 On June 6, Meng Chunliu, the Group's Chief Economist, led the Group's Enterprise Management Department to Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd.'s Southwest Copper Industry Branch's relocation project - public works project for investigation and guidance on project economic management. Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party Committee, director, and deputy general manager (presiding over the management team), and Lu Chunping, chief economist, participated in the investigation.

Meng Chunliu and his team went deep into the construction site and listened carefully to the project manager's report on the project's output value completion, collection, construction progress, engineering quality, and safety management. Subsequently, the inspection team conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the economic management, material management, and construction technology management of the Yun Copper project and put forward specific requirements and guiding opinions.

Meng Chunliu emphasized: First, we must adhere to the economic control principle of "opening up sources, reducing expenditures, and controlling risks," shifting economic management work from post-event to pre-event and in-event overall, consolidating the foundation of cost control, and enhancing market competitiveness. Second, strictly sign contracts with upstream and downstream parties according to the Group's subcontracting standard list to reduce the risk of economic disputes and further clarify the responsible departments and individuals. A settlement data manager should be appointed to promptly collect and track the handling of various data to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of economic data. Third, taking the Group's development of "Digital Construction Investment" and "Smart Construction Site" as a starting point, we should fully utilize the advantages of BIM technology to visually display the project situation, thereby better planning the construction process, predicting and solving problems in advance, improving construction efficiency, reducing costs, and reducing risks. Fourth, we must adhere to technological innovation, use technology to strive for efficiency, and use innovation to reduce costs. Encourage technical personnel to engage in research and creation, create a good atmosphere for technological innovation, enhance technological innovation capabilities, promote the transformation of innovation achievements into productivity, and truly achieve improved quality and efficiency.
This investigation realistically and objectively pointed out the problems existing in the project and clarified the direction for improvement for the project department.
