Company's 2024 "Quality Month" activities officially launched

September this year marks the 47th National Quality Month. To enhance the quality awareness of all staff and further improve the quality and management level of engineering projects, the company held a 2024 "Quality Month" activity launch ceremony on the afternoon of September 5th in the fifth-floor meeting room, themed "Strengthening Quality Support, Building a Strong Quality Nation". Xu Yanlu, member of the company's Party Committee, director, and deputy general manager (presiding over the management team's work), attended the meeting.

Xu Yanlu required that: Firstly, we must thoroughly study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on quality work, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, implement the State Council's "Outline for Building a Strong Quality Nation," firmly establish the awareness of "quality first," carry out quality improvement actions in depth, vigorously promote the construction of "quality investment," and fully stimulate the company's endogenous dynamism and innovation vitality.

Secondly, we must refine the list of "Quality Month" activities, effectively implement various management requirements, focus on improving the quality of products, engineering, and services, and promote brand building. Through the implementation of "Quality Month" activities, further strengthen employees' quality awareness, improve product quality, and thus promote the survival and development of the enterprise.

Thirdly, all grassroots units of the company must attach great importance to this, organize carefully, and strictly follow the arrangements and requirements of the group and the company's "Quality Month" activities, combining their own actual situations to plan various tasks comprehensively. At the same time, we must take this "Quality Month" activity as an opportunity to comprehensively review the shortcomings in quality management in our unit and effectively fulfill the primary responsibility for quality management.

Fourthly, we must increase the intensity of supervision and inspection of project quality, strengthen the prevention and handling of quality problems, ensure that the project quality management level is comprehensively improved, and effectively prevent the occurrence of quality accidents.
