8 On July 14, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, led a team to conduct research and guidance on the Yongping-Changning Expressway (Changning section) franchise project - power construction project.

Sun Jinyao and his team went deep into the project frontline, conducting a thorough and detailed inspection of key aspects such as the erection of iron towers and the construction of tower foundations. They also engaged in in-depth discussions with on-site personnel regarding project progress, safety production, and quality management. Afterwards, they visited the project office to review project documents.

Sun Jinyao gave a fair assessment of the project management work and put forward clear requirements regarding the issues identified. Firstly, as the project is currently in a special period with intensive high-altitude operations and the rainy season, the project department must strictly implement the "1262" refined forecasting and response linkage mechanism, strengthen monitoring and forecasting, and ensure that there are no loopholes in flood prevention and safety. Secondly, the project department should further improve project management systems, optimize workflows, and strengthen personnel training and education. Thirdly, attention should be paid to project traffic safety, with reasonable arrangements for work time and routes to ensure the safe travel of employees. Fourthly, all employees of the project department must maintain a clear mind, adhere to the bottom line of integrity and honesty, consciously resist various temptations, strictly abide by discipline and rules, and jointly maintain a good atmosphere of integrity and honesty.

This research not only pointed out the direction for the future development of the Yongping-Changning Expressway power project, but also further strengthened the confidence and determination of the project team to overcome difficulties and strive for excellence. Everyone expressed their willingness to contribute to the project construction with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach.
